- That's a very good idea,Songbird! I was thinking about that too!! Are you reading in my mind or what ? I was thinking about a logo like "I am an Expatriate Lover.. and You ?"
Could be funny that all Expat' forum members have the same T-shirt... A special one, only available on that forum...kinda home-made one... What do you think 'bout that ? Expatriatelover's suggestion sounds perfect for me. Maybe there should be the forum link on the back of the shirt?

| The idea is awesome. Here are my two cents. I dont think that little number of members on this board is a problem. In fact, it is a huge advantage. If only few will wear such T-Shirts, it will be read as a privilege and "elitarism" from the crowd's point of view. So the crowd will want such T-Shirts badly. | |

| And Songbird, that's a good idea too to have the name of the forum on the back... Now we must find an image to put with the sentence (if everyone like the idea of course). | |

| well i LOVE the idea ! and i agree with lonelynx concerning the fact that we are few members, it's definetely not a problem acoording to me. Put the adress of the forum on the back is a great idea too. Do you think we should put our pseudo too ? (like somewhere not too visible you know.) i'm not sure about this... i'm gonna think about the design tonight, but we could think about letting everyone decide wheter to put her/his pseudo or not. | |

I don't have a problem with that because mine is also my favourite Expatriate song. That's definitely the advantage of having such a small forum, can you imagine getting personalised shirts for everyone in the Muse forum for example?

i think we should just have the design made with everyone, but everybody can buy a t shirt and then make the print himself, it'll be easier. what do you think ?

| i thought about something for the back of the shirt : - Spoiler:
expatriate.forumotion.net bbbbbbbbbbbbbb Spread the love !
OR - Spoiler:
expatriate.forumotion.net bbbbbbbbbbbbbbWant to play a part ?
And concerning the front of the T shirt, i had thought about puting "Blackbird" with a well designed police and with birds tacking off from the letters (hmm i'll try to make a drawing tomorrow) i think it could be cool to have the "fans" named the "blackbirds" (as 30seconds to mars do with the "echelon" for those who know ^^) but on the other hand, i don't know if we'd better leave this "blackbird" thing for the street team.... ?

| it would also show them that we are affected many countries there was Germany, England etc ... As we mark the countries around the logo of the forum The proof that they are able to make himself known in europe And perhaps the name of the forum would be related to europe as "EUROPE EXPATRAITE" EUROSPATRIATE " LOL I think you would find better | |

| [Emotional-Retard] I like your 2 propositions about the sentence on the back. Both sound good. I like the idea of putting our pseudo too for those who want. And finally, I agree with the fact to work all together on the design of the T-Shirt and then each member buy and print his own one. That's the easiest way to do and avoid all exchanges of money. Ouuuh I am soooo impatient!! | |

| But the forum is not just for Europeans, right? It just so happens that we're all from Europe but I think people from other continents are welcome and if we were to include Europe in the title, they might think they are not welcome? Just my thoughts.
I love the idea of the forum address plus "Want to play a part" as a subtitle. I think that works best.
I think The Blackbirds is a great name for the "fan community", as you say, like The Echelon (30 STM) or The Victims (The Killers' fans). Is anyone on the street team?

| I guess It'll be better not "Want to play a part", but just "Play a part", just like the song name.Maybe with the " ! " in the end. Because it's a direct call to action. It will be more memorable I guess. And yes, I also think that if we include "Europe" somewhere on the T-Shirt, it wont be very good. | |
