best thing on earth! and so easy.

i think it's really one of my fave meals.

so, here we go, ... (first time in my life i write down a recipe in english, hope you get it)

you need:

-noodles
-spinach
-salomon
-grated cheese (the more, the better! smile)
-whipping cream
-garlic (if you like it. but it's not necessary)
-salt
-pepper
-any other spices you love, ... basil, parsley (if you want)

ok, ..
now, ..

boil the noodles.
defrost the spinach a bit.
cut the frozen salomon in little pieces.

take the gratin dish.

first layer: boiled noodles.
second layer: spinach.
third layer: salomon.

repeat all that twice or 3 times. your choice.

when thats done, ... put the whipping cream over it (which you can flavour if you want, the way you like!)
then all the cheese. lots lots lots ^^

oh i forgot something i should have told in the beginning : preheat the oven! =)

then put the gratin dish with his yummie content into the oven, for 20 - 30 minutes, ... at 180 °

that's it.

easy thing i know and nothing special.
but freaking good!

you can variete it, ... without spinach, but broccoli instead and things, ...

hungry

actually it would be enough to put 50 % pasta in a gratin dish and the other 50% is cheese ^^ and bake it till the cheese is really dark XD way easier!
